• Check in time is 2 pm check out time is till 11 am.
• Includes a 2bhk air conditioned apartment, wi fi, linens & towels, toiletries, kitchen, utensils, basic necessity.
• Taxi bills/food bills or any other bills must be settled on presentation.
• Guests are requested to look after their belongings. kindly lock the rooms before leaving the premises and take responsibility for your own belongings as noone will be held responsible if something gets misplaced.
• Please provide a valid government id card/passport (for foreign
nationals) upon arrival (either to be shared onemail or ••• if the caretaker is not around).
• Bed linens & towels are changed every forth day from the date of check in. there is a washing machine in case one needs to wash the towels. the bed linen and towels can be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 500/ per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, one duvet cover, two handtowels, and two towels).
• Kindly inform prior in case you wish to extend the stay beyond 11 am. the extension shall be given as per the availability @1000/ per hour or one can pay the entire day's tariff for a longer extension.
• Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, in case this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. we expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker, and the space. we shall definitely resonate the same from our end.
• Electricity and water supply is generally hassle free, but sometimes faults can occur. in case there is no electricity, the management isn't responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. the apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off.
• Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest's convenience, any eatables/spices/oil required for cooking shall be
borne by the guests themselves. extra bed is 1000/ per person.
• Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs & pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. please use balconies for smoking. if found smoking inside the house, a fine of rs. 2000. shall be exacted.
• Loud music not allowed as there are neighbors around. we'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone.
• The kitchen is functional & equipped for self cooking. however swiggy & zomato deliver smoothly.
• Mandatory ₹5000 is taken as security deposit at checkin and refunded at checkout.
• As the candles placed in the apartment are only for decorative purposes, refrain from lighting any of them. if you do, you'll be charged 1000 rupees each candle.
• The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (kindly ask the owners for the charges.)
