Our Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Cancellation
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in, you receive a full refund. If the booking is within 24 hours of check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will not be able to cancel the booking. After the check-in time passes, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Moderate Cancellation
- If you cancel 7 days or more before check-in, you receive a full refund. If the booking is within 7 days of check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and you will not be able to cancel the booking. Once the check-in date has arrived, cancellation is not possible.
- Strict Cancellation
- At no point will the booking be eligible for cancellation.The reservation is non-refundable.
- Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- No-Shows
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full booking amount.
- Early Departure
- No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights of a confirmed reservation.
- Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
